We would like to thank everyone who attended our Haloween Rock Night.
In particular the members of the CLYDE VALLEY MCC who turned up in force
and managed to outnumber us at one of our own events again.
The standard of costume
was astounding which made the decision to chose a winner
for the bottle of Bollinger Champagne impossible. How could you choose 1 winner when the entire Adams Family turned up.
In the end the bar staff chose Chaz, aka Mrs Doubtfire as asuitable winner. I think
the staff had difficulty as well and Chaz won for his cheek.
The club presented our host Big Dave with an engraved Tankard as thanks for the many years he has put up with us and our Tusday night meetings.
The music (laid on by Big Dave) might have been more disco than
rock but it sure had everyone up dancin. I think if you played a penny whistle the Clyde Valley would enjoy themselves. Party animals
one and all. It all made for a great night. Once again We'd like to thank everyone for coming.
Also a big thanks to our club members
who donated prizes for our raffle.
